If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that they are in saleable condition. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if faulty when delivered to you –please contact us immediately if this is the case.
All goods bought online must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept exchanges or returns on any grooming or cosmetic products, earrings, underwear or swimwear.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging, shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All Sale items purchased online can be returned within 14 days for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
If you wish to exchange your item then please contact us & advise what item you would like to exchange it for. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs.
Returns During The Christmas Period
During the Christmas period we are extending our return and exchange policy. Any products purchased online from the 14th November 2023 can be returned and exchanged up to and including 14th January 2024.
All products are returned at your own cost.
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your package. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be received.
